01Who provides the stay
The TatraGarden Soul house in Tatranská Lomnica is rented as a whole, always to one group at a time. Contact details are on the Contact page. These terms apply to every booking made through this site, by email or by phone.

We kept them as short as we could and free of legal padding, so you know where you stand.
02How a booking is made
Submitting the form sends a request with no obligation. Within four hours we tell you whether the dates are free. The booking becomes binding once we send the confirmation and you pay a deposit of 50 % of the price. The balance is due at the latest seven days before arrival.
03Price and fees
The rate is per house per night, not per person. Added to it are a one-off cleaning fee of €60, a dog fee of €30 per stay, and a local tourist tax of €1.50 per adult per night, which we pass on to the town. On arrival we take a refundable deposit of €500.
04Arrival and departure
Check in from 15:00, check out by 11:00. If nobody is staying immediately before or after you, we can shift those times at no extra cost. Please arrange it at least a day ahead.
05Number of guests
The house has eight beds and no more than eight people may stay overnight. Children under two do not count towards capacity. If you expect daytime visitors, let us know in advance.
06Cancelling a stay
Cancellation terms are set out on the separate Cancellation page. If we cancel from our side, we return everything you have paid without undue delay.
07Deposit and damage
We take the €500 deposit on arrival and return it on departure once we hand the house over. If damage occurs during the stay, we deduct the documented repair cost and return the difference. Normal wear and tear is not damage.
08Complaints
If something is not working as it should, tell us straight away. Most things we can sort within hours. You can also make a written complaint to our email address later and we will handle it within thirty days.
09Governing law
The relationship between guest and operator is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We will always try to resolve any dispute by agreement first.
