Your data is processed by the operator of the TatraGarden Soul house. You will find our contact details on the Contact page and you can reach us about data protection at any time.
Privacy policy
We process only what we need to handle your booking. We do not sell anything on.
02What data and why
For a booking we need your name, email, phone and dates. Country and your note are optional. We need this to confirm the booking and prepare the stay, which is performance of a contract and the steps leading up to it. For a question through the contact form we process your name, email and the message so we can reply.
03Email tips
If you sign up for tips, we process your email on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click in the footer of any email.
04How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Requests that do not turn into bookings are deleted within six months. An email for tips is kept until you unsubscribe.
05Who we share it with
We use Brevo to send emails. The site runs on a hosting provider’s server. We do not pass your data to anyone else and we never sell it.
06Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to it and to have it transferred elsewhere. Just write to us. If you believe we are handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Slovak data protection authority.
