Sixty square metres of open space. A kitchen island, a dining table for ten and a sofa big enough for the whole group. The glass wall means you look at the peaks even at breakfast.
Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and tableware for twelve. A stone fireplace with firewood ready and included in the rate.

House rules in short
- Check in from 15:00, check out by 11:00. If nobody is staying right before or after you, we are happy to shift those times at no extra cost. Just let us know a day ahead.
- Not inside. On the terrace yes, there is an ashtray by the door. We only ask that you do not leave cigarette ends in the garden.
- A family gathering of up to twelve people is fine, just mention it in advance. Loud events with music into the night are not, our neighbours live close and we would like to keep getting along with them.
- Yes, dogs are welcome. The fee is €30 for the whole stay whatever its length. You will find bowls, a blanket and a tip on trails where a dog can run off the lead.

Finnish sauna
A separate sauna in the garden. Wood, eucalyptus and a window onto the forest. Towels are ready for you.
Heated hot tub
For six people, running all year. It holds 38 °C even in December, so you sit in warm water and watch the stars.
Stone fireplace
A genuine open fireplace in the living room. Firewood sits next to it and is included in the rate.
Fully equipped kitchen
Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and tableware for twelve. You could cook Christmas dinner here.
Six mountain bikes
Helmets and a child trailer included. Free for the whole stay, just take them from the shelter.
EV charger
A Type 2 wallbox rated at 11 kW right by the parking space. A full battery overnight, and we do not bill for the electricity.
1 Gbps Wi-Fi
Fast connection throughout the house. It handles video calls if you need to duck back into work.

1,500 m² garden
A fire pit, a grill, a hammock and enough space for children to run around without you having to watch them.
Parking in the yard
Two spaces right by the house in a closed yard. No leaving the car out on the road.
A place to work
A desk facing the garden, a lamp and quiet. If you are extending the weekend, Friday is workable from here.
Washer and drying rack
A washer dryer and a rack for ski gear. You go home with a clean bag.
