House rules

There are only a few, and they exist so the guests after you enjoy the place as much as you did.

01Arrival and departure

Check in from 15:00, check out by 11:00. We hand the house over in person and show you how the heating, the sauna and the hot tub work.

At most eight people may stay overnight. Children under two do not count. If you expect visitors, just let us know.

No smoking inside. On the terrace it is fine, the ashtray is by the door. Please do not leave cigarette ends in the garden.

From 22:00 we ask for quiet outdoors. The neighbours live close by, and their goodwill is why we can keep hosting guests here.

Dogs are welcome for €30 per stay. Please keep them off the beds and do not leave them alone in the house. Bowls and a blanket are ready for them.

You use the sauna and hot tub at your own risk. Children under twelve should only use them with an adult. Please bring no glass into the hot tub.

Burn only the wood laid out beside the fireplace. Before you leave the house or go to bed, let the fire burn down and close the doors.

We separate waste. Bins for plastic, paper and glass are in the shelter by the parking space and are labelled on the lids.

On departure, wash the dishes or load the dishwasher and take out the rubbish. Cleaning is on us and already paid for in the rate.
