Check in from 15:00, check out by 11:00. If nobody is staying right before or after you, we are happy to shift those times at no extra cost. Just let us know a day ahead.
Two nights. Over Christmas, New Year and the peak ski season, dates tend to run four nights or more so they line up with other guests.
Yes, dogs are welcome. The fee is €30 for the whole stay whatever its length. You will find bowls, a blanket and a tip on trails where a dog can run off the lead.
Not inside. On the terrace yes, there is an ashtray by the door. We only ask that you do not leave cigarette ends in the garden.
A family gathering of up to twelve people is fine, just mention it in advance. Loud events with music into the night are not, our neighbours live close and we would like to keep getting along with them.
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and you get everything back. Between 30 and 14 days we refund half. Under 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but we always try to fill the dates first, and if we do, you get the full amount back.
No. The house is insulated, a gas boiler runs the heating and the fireplace burns in the living room. We keep bedrooms at 21 °C and firewood is included in the rate.
There are two parking spaces in the private yard right by the house. The Type 2 charger rated at 11 kW is part of the stay and we do not bill charging separately.
Once the dates are confirmed we send an invoice for 50 % of the amount. The rest is due seven days before arrival by bank transfer. The €500 deposit is paid on site and returned on departure.
No. Beds are made up before you arrive, and towels and sauna towels are ready for every guest.
